To capture the opportunities we see, we now restructuring as a holding company with four subsidiary companies , each holding its own subsidiaries through JVs and MCA aligned capabilities, and with independent management and revenue lines.
Our impact is felt from the municipalities of South Africa to the industrial hubs of Eswatini. As a trusted partner to SOEs and private mining houses, we are the first female-owned company to automate fuel sites for national entities—proving that complexity is no match for capability.
